The deposit will be 1/2 of the lodging fee for the intended stay. Cancellations
prior to 30 days of arrival receive full refund. Any cancellations less than 30
days, but greater than 14 days of arrival is charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Any cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full
amount.
